If you suffer from or have ever had a Migraine, I feel you.
 
As someone who has suffered from them for the past 9 years from the age of 17. I can honestly say I understand. If you have had them or do get them, you know it’s not just a headache.

My Helpful Tips

A couple of things I also implemented whilst I started this way of eating.

Sleep

Making sure I get enough sleep and try to regulate my sleeping patterns.

Regular Exercise

I try to do some sort of exercise every day. Whether it be a brisk walk around the neighborhood, a bike ride, or a quick hit session.

Stress Less

Stress for me was a trigger for me. So I do some regular breathing exercises and particularly when i’m anxious. You’d be surprised how much this makes a difference.

Hydrating

Keeping hydrated with a lot of water throughout the day and also keeping my caffeine intake steady.

Supplementation

I personally take a herbal supplement to assist in my migraines which have Feverfew and Magnesium in it.
